If you can't wait, and want to get involved right away, the Cumberland Trail Conference is looking for a Camp Cook to support their Big Dig trail program from mid-May to June 30. Room and board is included! To learn more about this volunteer opportunity, contact Paul Freeman, the Executive Director of the Cumberland Trail Conference.
The members of the SEFTC are in the early stages of planning a hiking conference to be held May 3-6, 2007 at the Montreat Conference Center in Montreat, NC. Located just 20 minutes east of beautiful Asheville, NC - this conference will feature hikes, great entertainment, fantastic speakers, and the opportunity to meet some new friends.
